On Friday, November 3, 2006, the Kiwanis Cal-Nev-Ha Foundation broke ground on our new office building. The building was completed on February 18, 2008 and the District and Foundation offices relocated to their new home in October of 2008. As of January 1, 2010, the building will be fully occupied when our final two tenants move in.
The Foundation is seeking your assistance to finance the tenant improvements for the final two tenants to occupy the building and to reduce our bank financed loan. Your support will enable your Foundation to direct more of our assets to serving the children of the world and improving the communities in which they live.
There are four ways in which you can help:
- Purchase one or more "Building Bonds" (5-year bonds paying 4.5% interest; minimum purchase of $5,000 each)
- Become a Founding Sponsor at one three levels (Builder, Patron and Premiere)
- Purchase one or more "Building Bricks" (available in $150, $250, $500 and $1,000 increments)
- Make an outright contribution of any amount towards the new Kiwanis building
We hope you consider investing in the future of your Foundation by making a contribution towards the new Kiwanis building. For information about the building bonds, please contact Lynn at the Foundation office (877-597-1770, ext. 116) and request a Private Placement Memorandum (PPM). Requesting a PPM will not obligate you to become an investor in the Kiwanis Building Project.
To become a Founding Sponsor, please click here to download the Building Pledge Form.
To purchase a brick, please click here to download the Brick Purchase Flyer.
To make an outright contribution, please send your donation to the Foundation Office, 8360 Red Oak Street, Suite 201, Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91730. Please be sure to indicate on the check that your donation is for the new Kiwanis building. |
